Returns & Exchanges

If you haven't managed to get the right size, don't panic, we're here to help!  You have 30 days to notify us that you need a new size and we can arrange an exchange or store credit.  Please note that refunds are not issues for a 'change of mind'.   Simply fill out the returns form below.  For Faults or errors, please see details at the bottom of this page.

To make an exchange or refund, follow these 2 simple steps...

STEP 1: To create your return, look up your order in the applet at the bottom of this page and enter your return details.

STEP 2: To send your return, log your return with Parcel Point shipping via the link below, print out the address label and drop off at over 6000 handy locations Australia wide.

*Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, knickers and breast pads are unable to be returned or exchanged . However Free gift with purchase must be returned if requesting a refund (this includes free knickers or breastpads)

*Sale items are not refundable, valid for exchange / store credit only.

*Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached and unworn.

*In the unlikely event a garment is faulty, we have a generous 3 month policy for finding any faults, after that timeframe, it's considered wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months to support@hmcollective.com.

 

For an exchange* please remember to let us know the product style and size you would like to receive in the box called Customer Notes.  *Please note your requested exchange size can not be held for you and may sell out before your return reaches us.
