Returns & Exchanges
Hotmilk's Returns Procedure:
Hotmilk has a generous 30 day returns policy giving you time to try on your garments to be sure of the fit.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, knickers and breast pads are unable to be returned unless the garment received was faulty. However all other full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. *If you have received a free item as part of a promotional special (i.e. buy a bra get a free knicker) the free item must be returned or it will be charged.
We ask that the garment has not been worn,damaged and all tags are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting.
Any item(s) returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return (this includes makeup or deodorant stain). All items will be inspected upon return before exchange, credit or refund is actioned. NB: Sale and Clearance items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
In most cases the initial cost of return shipping to Hotmilk is not refundable. However, exchange items will be shipped to you free of charge.

If the garment you received was either incorrect or has a fault then you don't need to fill in the returns form below. Instead simply photograph the fault (if any) and email us at Customer Support with your order number and we will communicate further with you directly from there. In this case Hotmilk will cover all return shipping costs where applicable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received by Hotmilk. We aim to process all return request as quickly as possible and will email as soon as this has been done. A general time frame is 10-12 working days, for your refund to be processed or your exchange to reach you.

First of all you will need your order number and the email address that you placed the order with. Enter them in the boxes below and click on the Lookup button to look up your order and open the returns tool. Once you have lodged your return please send your return items/s to the address below.
For an exchange* please remember to let us know the product style and size you would like to receive in the box called Customer Notes.
*Please note your requested exchange size can not be held for you and may sell out before your return reaches us.
ONCE YOU HAVE LODGED YOUR RETURN ABOVE
Your final step is to log your return with Parcel Point at the link below, Print out the address label and drop off at over 6000 handy locations Australia wide.
Once we have received your return we will process it as quickly as possible.
