To make an exchange or refund, follow these 2 simple steps...

STEP 1: To create your return, look up your order in the applet at the bottom of this page and enter your return details.

STEP 2: To send your return, log your return with Parcel Point shipping via the link below, print out the address label and drop off at over 6000 handy locations Australia wide.

*Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, knickers and breast pads are unable to be returned or exchanged . However Free gift with purchase must be returned if requesting a refund (this includes free knickers or breastpads)

*Sale items are not refundable, valid for exchange / store credit only.

*Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached and unworn.

*In the unlikely event a garment is faulty, please email details and photos in the first instance to support@hmcollective.com
